The LM1 also enables gold, silver and holographic foil effects on flat materials up to 8 mm thick. This allows you to give personalised products, signage, decoration and other applications a striking premium appearance.

The LM1 can be used independently for finishing UV DTF transfers or combined with the xTool RF1 Roll Feeder for a more efficient workflow when handling larger production volumes and longer rolls.

Combined with the xTool O1 Omni Printer, the LM1 provides a complete solution for producing and finishing UV DTF transfers.

The O1 Omni Printer produces the UV DTF transfers, while the LM1 handles the lamination and finishing process. According to xTool, the LM1 is specifically designed for finishing UV DTF crystal decals, waste-removal decals, foil decals and holographic decals.

For larger production runs and longer rolls, the LM1 can be combined with the xTool RF1 Roll Feeder. This creates a more automated roll-to-roll workflow. For UV DTF crystal decals, the RF1 supports rolls of up to approximately 15 metres.

Compact and versatile

Despite its professional capabilities, the LM1 remains compact and easy to integrate into your workspace.

The laminator offers a maximum lamination width of 310 mm and supports B Film, Waste-Removal Film and Foil Film. Lamination speed is 10 mm/s, with a warm-up time of approximately 90 seconds.

The LM1 can be used independently or expanded with the RF1 Roll Feeder when you require greater automation and higher production capacity.
